the past 2 days my pressure canner has been very busy. we canned 6 qts of ground beef in onion soup instead of plain water and its very good! also canned 17 qts of pinto beans in onion soup as well. my 5 yr old granddaughter helped me out. she loves canning as much as i do! so thankful for the ability to be able to prepare for whatever comes our way and so thankful for Travis and his family for all the sacrifices they make to keep us informed and motivated.
