All the snow has melted, the rain last week helped with that. Now that's it was almost time to actually get into the garden, the weather guessers are calling for another 4 inches of rain through Sunday. It looks like we are off to a great start this year. Seems to be a beginning of a repeat of 2020, Man, I hope not. We couldn't get the potatoes in the ground till mid June last year. We were able to get the green house ready for baby plants, at least the front one. The back greenhouse is a combination Aquaponics/grow beds/green house. I am going to have to replace all the piping in it this year and will have to change the grow media out before we can plant in it. I had a fish kill last fall, and just drained it down some and left it unheated. My mistake, I should have drained it all the way down, live and learn I guess. I hope to pick up the pipe supplies next Monday when we have to get feed and a Dr appointment out of the way. I don't think it will take long to get back up and running. I will take 6 weeks after I change the rocks before I want to put plants in the grow beds. It will take that long to build up the bacteria film to handle the waste from the fish. It will also be that long before the fish get here, so it will all work out.
